Hi, I’m Jon. I help teams to build winning digital products.

I’ve been building digital products and businesses for over 20 years, when I got my start by building marketing websites for freelance clients as a 15 year old.

Since then, I’ve founded, scaled and exited several successful businesses including Hanno (a boutique digital product agency) and PingPong (a SaaS user research startup).

I’m now back to my roots: working directly with clients as an independent product expert, with a particular focus on helping them to fix their product strategy, processes & tooling.
